The lowdown
Front Seat Coffee's winter outpost inside the lodge at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center, feeding Nordic skiers with espresso drinks, house-made pastries, breakfast sandwiches and empanadas assembled from scratch daily. It grew out of earlier seasons when Front Seat ran a coffee truck at the center.
