The lowdown
Shaun Hill's world-renowned farmhouse brewery on his family's hilltop land, a pilgrimage stop for beer lovers. The taproom pours drafts and vintage bottles by the glass, and the retail shop sells cans, bottles and growler fills; leashed dogs are welcome on the lawn. Food comes from rotating seasonal food trucks rather than an in-house kitchen.
