A naturally leavened sourdough bakery and espresso bar opened in 2021 by DJ and Katey McLaughlin, now one of downtown's busiest stops. The case holds sourdough croissants (plain, chocolate almond, ham and cheddar), cardamom buns, danishes and cookies, with baguettes after 11am, plus house-made English muffin breakfast sandwiches and a winter tomato bisque.
