Three Ponds Sandwich Kitchen
Danville, Vermont $$
The lowdown
A from-scratch sandwich kitchen in a historic building facing the Danville town green, run by Anna Berg and chef Caleb Clark. It started near Joe's Pond and moved to the village in 2022. Expect hearty, carefully built sandwiches with house-made pastrami, local vegetables and Boule Bakery bread, plus big salads, polenta fries, espresso, a few cocktails and maple creemees. Sunday brings a brunch lineup of Benedicts, chicken and waffles and hash.
