The lowdown

Glover's landmark country store, famous for decades for its taxidermy displays, bought and renovated in 2021 by Ray and Jessica Sweeney (who also own C&C Market in Barton). It carries groceries, a custom meat counter, beer and wine and Vermont gifts; earlier coverage described an in-house deli and bakery turning out pies, rolls, sandwiches and fried lunches.
